I am such a Birdie's fan! I own 4 amazingly comfortable, completely walk-worthy, fashiontastic pair. Pretty shoes, but what happened to the packaging?? This is my 5th pair of Birdies. They used to arrive in a lovely shoebox inside of the shipping box. Now no shoebox and the shipping box was SEVERLY bashed. Customer service said they would make it right weeks ago. Now...crickets. Shoe quality seems cheaper too- almost cardboard like. Likely this will be my last pair of Birdies...bye-bye!!

I love these! I am between a size 7-7.5 typically and would say probably size up a 1/2 size. The gold leather is stunning. A perfect work/casual shoe.
