(“Birdies”), and applies to the personal information collected when you use or access our online or mobile websites (“Site”), or purchase our goods (“Goods”). What Information & Why

Product Reviews. We post product reviews of our customers on our Site who voluntarily agree to participate.

We collect information about you when you access and use the Site or purchase of Goods including your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, access times, browser type and language, Web pages you visit, device information, and other actions you take, in order to provide and improve our Services, as well as to develop new Services. We also use session replay tools provided by a third party to record your interactions with our Site, such as how you navigate our Site and interact with our webforms. This information helps us improve our Site and marketing efforts.

Retention Policy: We will retain your Personal Information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy unless a longer period is required to permitted for legal or compliance purposes.
