The Blackbird in Natural Chevron Raffia

Our sleek Blackbird gets a spring upgrade with raffia sourced in Italy by Paoletti Tessuti, a renowned textile company founded in Florence in the early 1970s. To make the raffia patterns pop, we added leather piping. Our footbeds are covered with a soft and supple leather lining for added luxury and durability. The loafer is complete with our signature grosgrain backtab.

I love the Blackbird! It is so comfortable and I love the look of this shoe. I have the Starling, which is even more comfy than the Blackbird, but I love the lower cut of the Blackbird. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE offer more colors for the Blackbird. I would love a couple of neutral pairs of them.

Loved the look of this shoe, but the sizing is not the same as other shoes I have purchased from Birdies. I had to return my usual size 11 shoe and exchanged it for a 10.5. The 10.5 initially seemed fine, but when I wore them to an event last weekend, they were literally falling off my feet (maybe stretched a bit after I put them on)?
