Does fabric matter? Yes, velvet has more give and a roomier fit while leather, suede, and calf hair are more snug at first then mold to your foot over time.

Do you wear socks with Birdies? Our flats, slides, and slippers are designed to be worn without a sock but it’s your preference. We recommend socks for most of our sneakers.

How do the flats fit? They’re made to fit snug, so we recommend wearing them without socks.

How do the sneakers fit? They have a roomier fit to move with your every step. We recommend wearing them with socks.

How do the slides fit? They fit true to size so if you like a little length at the back, go up half a size.

Our Dove mule is handcrafted of airy faux leather and includes a striking pointed-toe silhouette. The elevated shoe is handwoven with a latticework geometric design that molds to your foot for a perfect fit. A transparent mesh lining makes these shoes breathable for warm weather. We covered our footbeds with a soft leather lining for added durability and comfort.
