Inspired by the city’s glamorous past, the Sands Hotel & Spa transformed an old 1950s apartment complex into a pastel-pink oasis in the desert, designed to have a midcentury vibe with Moroccan influence. The gorgeous interiors proved the perfect match for our new silver slides—with their leg-lengthening pointed toe and feminine style.

That’s why we chose the pool deck at the Sands Hotel & Spa—which features private cabanas and oversized daybeds tailor-made for all-day lounging—as the backdrop for our gold, tumbled leather Swans. Because they’re easy to slip on and off, these slides are the perfect poolside companions.

Our statement-making sangria Swan slides transition flawlessly from day to night, making them our go-to shoes for staycations and vacations (when those are allowed again). At our February shoot  (during pre-Covid times), the crew debuted them while dancing the night away at The Nest, a local watering hole since 1965 that has long attracted celebrities, golf and tennis legends, and many senior singles ready to mingle.
