It’s been quite a year and nothing sounds better than keeping it casual for NYE. Cozy up on the couch in our cheetah Starling flats and a seasonal pair of lounge pants. For those of us who prefer a change of pace from the sweatpants we’ve been wearing most of this year, put on something fancy for a romantic date night in. Our Phoebe floral jacquard slides are the perfect finishing touch for a dressed-up living room toast. Here’s a simple recipe for one of our favorite Champagne cocktails.
French 75 Recipe
1. Combine 1 ounce of gin with a 1/2 ounce of fresh lemon juice and a 1/2 ounce of simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 30 seconds.
2. Pour into a Champagne flute or coupe glass and top with bubbly (about 3 ounces).
3. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
