Here's how it works
1. Securely pack items. If available, please use original packaging.
2. Attach your pre-paid return label to the package.
3. Drop off the package within 14 days at any USPS or FedEx location (including large retailers such as Office Depot, Target, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Safeway, Vons, FredMeyer)
4. We'll issue your refund or gift card upon delivery. If you selected an exchange, your exchange order will be processed once your return is in transit back to us.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

We want you to love your Birdies. If you're not completely satisfied with your shoes, we will accept a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, no questions asked. That's right—wear your Birdies around the house and even take them for a walk outside to make sure the fit and comfort are just right. If something feels off, shipping's on us for returns and exchanges in the US. You can begin your return or exchange by visiting https://returns.birdies.com/.

Once you receive a shipping label, please ship the order back to us within 14 days of requesting the label. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive your goods. If you have selected an exchange, we will send out the new order 1 to 3 days after the shoes you're returning are scanned by the carrier. You can drop off your FedEx SmartPost return at any USPS or FedEx location (including large retailers such as Office Depot, Target, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Safeway, Vons, FredMeyer) within 14 days. Pro tip: A quicker way to exchange is to place a new order and return the original pair(s).

Please Note: Because of the customization on these shoes, monogrammed Birdies are final sale, and we cannot offer returns or exchanges unless there is a product defect.


WHAT IF I AM RETURNING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.?

We do not offer free return shipping outside of the U.S. We will accept returns from outside the U.S. and issue a refund once we receive those goods. For more information email us at help@birdies.com.

I RECEIVED A PAIR OF BIRDIES AS A GIFT, HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE THEM?

If you are not satisfied with your Birdies we will gladly accept a return or exchange of your unworn Birdies. You can process through our Returns Center by clicking "Returning or Exchanging a Gift? Start Here" Enter your email and shipping information. You will be given the option to either return or exchange for a new style, color or size.
